Holly L. Hardaway, OTR, CALA, CAPS
is a licensed occupational therapist in New Jersey and is a registered occupational therapist as designated by the National Board for the Certification of Occupational Therapy. Holly received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, PA, in 1984. She is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) as designated by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services. Holly has practiced in the area of adult rehabilitation for over 30 years and has expertise in aging in place, hand therapy, splinting, home care, neurological rehabilitation, acute care rehabilitation and home modifications; and is certified to deliver the evidence-based Skills2Care™ program by Jefferson Elder Care.
Claire M. Mulry, OTD, OTR, CAPS
has practiced as an occupational therapist for over 17 years and is an assistant professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Kean University in Union, NJ. Claire received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, in 1988 and her Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Occupational Therapy from Kean College in 1997. She received her Post Professional Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT, in 2010 and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University’s School of Health Professions, Philadelphia, PA, in 2012. Claire has worked in adult acute care, acute rehabilitation, sub-acute rehabilitation and geriatric home care. Claire specializes in adult acquired brain injury, aging in place, environmental modifications and geriatric home care. She received her Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) certification from the National Association of Home Builders in 2009 and is certified to deliver the evidence-based Skills2Care™ program by Jefferson Elder Care. Claire is a certified CarFit technician and event coordinator by the American Association of Retired Persons, the Automobile Association of America, and the American Occupational Therapy Association of America.
